I have over 40 years of experience as an MEP/FP Engineer in the design and preparation of construction documents, while providing technical direction to engineers, designers, and detailers assigned to specific projects; Client interaction including presentations at various stages of the project; Ensure that Discipline QA/QC reviews are being conducted and recorded per company policies; Provide upfront engineering services including studies and concept development; Design, develop and implement solutions for Data Centers, Institutional and Industrial facilities.
I also have experience working as a Project/Const. Manager, Design Engineer and have coordinated with client’s internal organizations and external organizations on electrical safety issues, QA/QC qualification, and Closeout documents produce and check complex 2D and 3D Design Drawings for high technology facilities in accordance with project requirements, codes, specifications and procedures; Responsible for coordination and multidiscipline clash checking including the resolving of issues using Navisworks.
My experience also includes providing design support during the construction phase of projects and site surveys of existing services to ascertain “As built” conditions.
