Colin is a licensed professional engineer, having completed many energy projects for both LEED and
non-LEED buildings. Colin’s expertise is in energy audits, mechanical system design, energy modeling, and analysis reporting for both commercial and residential facilities.

Mr. Evans is a graduate of the University of New Mexico with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering where he took specialty courses in Sustainable Design in Architecture, HVAC Engineering, and Entrepreneurial Engineering. Before graduating he passed the Fundamental of Engineering Exam and became a LEED Accredited Professional. Mr. Evans is Licensed Professional Engineer and has added a second credential for Operations and Maintenance to his LEED experience.

He has served as a direct owners-representative for major upgrades to hospital central plant, managing through a long-term construction administration contract. Mr. Evans has led the design and construction teams on two different projects through the entire LEED certification process while implementing energy modeling, energy auditing, and HVAC/Plumbing system design and engineering. His ambition is to protect the health of the earth for future generations has been a significant factor in driving his career choices.
