CAREER SUMMARY
I am a Senior Electromechanical Engineer (with a Master degree in Electrical Engineering/Renewable Energies) who have been working for leading multinational companies. I acquired a deep knowledge of electrical and mechanical standards/systems, planning and management, and I worked on the electrical design/coordination management/testing and commissioning (including technical documents such as Priced Bills of quantities, calculation sheets, specifications and engineering reports) for lighting installation and control, obstruction lighting, infrastructure, power distribution networks, renewable energy systems, conveying systems, low current systems, earthing and lightning protection systems, HVAC, fire fighting, and plumbing systems for large scale projects.

My organizational and intellectual skills have provided me with a high level of concentration and helped me achieve a successful academic record. My work has always been rewarding and productive and I've learnt to develop a great sense of ambition and a strong ability to work independently.

Some of the projects I worked on: Naval academies in KSA and Bahrain, towers in Qatar, Najaf high-rise Hotel in Iraq, restaurants in UAE, Doha Hills, Mocka and More, Zaher El Ramman restaurant, industrial projects in Beirut and Global University in Lebanon.

• Liaise with all stakeholders (Contractors, site engineers, Client and internal departments) to ensure project deliverables are catered during the engineering, execution & close out of the project, and with top management and local authorities for approvals and having up-to-date knowledge on the current regulations / standards.
• Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals.
• Plan, schedule and track project timelines and milestones.
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential risks and prepare contingency plans.
• Monitor daily productivity, comparing with planned objectives, take corrective actions for loss of productivity. Schedule/plan and track progress.
• Propose good value engineering solutions on the designs which could mutually benefit all stakeholders, including a potential improvement to the budgeted profit margins.
• Take lead in managing / coordinating with engineers, drafting team and other departments for the submission / approval of drawings/calculations/specifications.
• Prepare the tender documents including bills of quantities pricing/Man Hour estimates/ technical and financial proposals of large scale projects. Evaluate sub consultants.
• Monitor the closing of Corrective Maintenance and intervene when necessary to ensure client requests are timely and properly met.
• Conduct internal audits and attend quality management meetings.

- Customs Headquarters, Beirut, Lebanon. Electrical Design and supervision of a High-Rise HQ Building.
- Bourj Hammoud treatment plant, Lebanon. Design and supervision.
- King Fahd Naval Base Academy, Qadimah, KSA. Design of 500 buildings (Medical/offices/residential/healthcare/industrial/load and data centers, Sitearea approx. 10 square kilometers) and MV/LV/Telecom infrastructure and street lighting design.
- Durrat Al Bahrain, Bahrain. Electrical design of residential buildings and infrastructure works.
- Mixed-Use Tower, Lusail, Qatar. High-rise mixed-use tower consisting of 40 levels with Hi-Tec materials, PV system design (300 KWp), and state of the art electro-mechanical installations.
- District Cooling Plant-DCP, Qatar. Electrical Design of the plant and coordination with other involved parties.
- Sewage Treatment Plant-STP, Qatar. In charge of the electrical design of 17 industrial buildings and site follow-up.
- Taif University, KSA. Design of the Electrical Infrastructure works. Site approx. 30 square kilometers.
- Ras Mishab Port, KSA. Electrical Design of the infrastructure and buildings works.
- King Faysal Naval Base, KSA. Electrical Design of buildings and MV/LV/Telecom infrastructure works and street lighting design.

- New Doha International Airport. Fire Training Facility & Aerospace City of Qatar, Qatar. Infrastructure Coordination, lightning protection, earthing, power analysis& distribution, power schematics and MCC design of a fire training facility.
- Tripoli Airport, Libya and Adam Airport, Oman. Design Review of the electrical distribution, Low Current and Infrastructure design of the passenger terminal buildings and their facility buildings.

- Princess Nora Bint Abdel-Rahman University, Riyadh Women University, Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Complete power and lighting design, Project Management and supervision for construction of Academic/healthcare Buildings.
- American University of Iraq-Master Plan and Presidency Building, Iraq. Master Plan, detailed design, tender documents, tendering services, and supervision of construction for a university Green Campus on a total site area of 25 ha with a total student enrolment of 5,000 to be developed on three phases up to the year 2020.
- Dubai International Airport Expansion (Phase 2) - Concourse 3, United Arab Emirates. Client: Department of Civil Aviation, Government of Dubai. Design and Construction Supervision of Concourse 3 with all associated
aprons, taxiways, and related facilities comprising: 18 contact gates for large wide-body A380 aircrafts, lounges, 5 basements for BMS and electromechanical services.
- 13 Plots on Saraya Islands, Ras Al-Khaimah. Responsible of the Electrical Design of 2 lots of 4 Apartment Buildings each (From Concept to Tender Design).
- Dubai World Trade Center-Dubai Exhibition World, United Arab Emirates. Design and supervision of construction for the new Dubai World Trade Center Exhibition and Hospitality Facilities.
- W Hotel, Abdali, Jordan. Design of a high-rise Hotel.
- Burj Al-Gathafi (Algathafi Tower), Tripoli, Libya. Preliminary and final designs (in a Hi-Tech fashion), project management and supervision of construction for a high-rise office tower with Hi-Tec materials and state-ofthe-art electromechanical installations. The tower consists of 53 levels (height of 210 m) with a total built-up area of 147,000 m2.
