Setting up the consortium Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Programme based on Bechtel Polices, Procedures and Work Instructions for Risk Management. Implementing the Bechtel PERM (Project Execution Risk Management) Process (identify, analyze, prioritize, plan and manage) across all the delivery teams. Conducting internal risk workshops as well as with Employer Engineer for 500,000 USD per workshop. Establishing and managing the upcoming 2020 G20 Saudi Arabia high profile milestone path to completion and engagement-level operational schedule with associated risks and opportunities. Working closely with the Consortium project Management Team, delivery directors and across all functions. Conducting custom made Risk Management Awareness Trainings (RMAT) for Employer Engineer leadership, BACS leadership and some 2000 non-manual staff.

Setting up Prime Contract flow down requirements and working closely with Subcontracts Management team. Deputized the Prime Contract Manager on all correspondence with the Employer / Engineer, reporting and management duties as needed. Setting up the Pending Items Program (PIP) to identify and manage commercial risks to the Contract. Working with Contracts and Claims Managers on change / Claim management cost exposure. Conducting meetings with BACS Delivery Directors to assess cost exposures, delay and disruptions impacts for PIs related to their delivery areas. Supporting the Change Manager and Claims manager to build evidence from PIP for preparing price proposals for Change Orders and Claims.

Setting up and deployed the Contract Management Strategy for formation and administration of subcontracts and procurement services. Developing and maintaining project master contracts proformas documents, subcontracts, purchase orders, forms, work processes and procedures in line with functional, commercial, prime contracts and legal requirements, policies and procedures. Reviewed and approved MPT Budget Forecasts on monthly basis, identify all changes and budget increments; reported to JV management and Bechtel Cost Control Manager. Managing the Subcontracts and Procurement Formation process of packages: Material / Service requisitions, RFP process through to bid tabulations, bidder recommendations, selection of bidders, and execution of commitment authorization paperwork. Managing the Contract Administration and Change Management Process of awarded packages - reviewed and approved Cost Estimates, Recommendations of Award, Commitment Authorizations, Variation Orders and Amendments.
