CAREER SUMMARY
I have over 17 years of diverse international project and commercial management experience with a civil engineering background. Since the past 8 plus years, I have worked on multi-billion complex North American P3 infrastructure development projects(DBFM,DBFOM etc) during the RFQ, RFP, Commissioning, and transition to Operations phases. This experience, among other areas has been focused on developing quality and competitive roads and bridges P3 O&M bids, transitioning newly built infrastructure to the Operational Phase, as well as providing technical assistance to current Concession projects in Operations throughout Canada.

I am technically focused, commercial savvy, and enjoy working with legal contracts and project agreements.

I liase with JV partners, Legal, bid development in providing support and to assist in the development of proposals for multi-billion P3 multi-disciplinary and complex Rail projects including associated infrastructure, both in a greenfield and brownfield environment. I provide commercial reviews of the Project Agreement , chair risk analysis workshops, and actively participate in the negotiations and drafting of sub-contractor and sub-consultant agreements. My reviews also include input into schedule and estimate development, cash flow requirements, insurance, bonding and supply chain requirements. I am also responsible for analyzing claims and working towards a resolution.
