CAREER SUMMARY
I have a broad experience in structural engineering including construction supervision and project management. After earning my bachelor degree, I worked in the private sector, designed some structures in Lebanon and supervised the construction of Le Royal Beirut, member of the leading hotels of the world.

This experience made me decide attending graduate school in management and structural engineering in the American city of Atlanta. After graduation, I realized that the infrastructure sector was booming in America and was offered a job with the United States government agency responsible for the design of airports, highways and bridges in the state of Georgia. I designed more than 20 bridges in the US using the AASHTO LFD and later the LRFD standards. My experience allowed me to view how the design code standards are generated and updated as well as how complex structures such as bridges are planned and designed in an intelligent way that provides the best solution for the public need.
